Georgia’s Total Foreign Debt Stands at USD 3.6 Billion

As of March 31, 2007, Georgia’s total foreign debt was nearly USD 3.6 billion.

In the first quarter of 2007, debt increased by USD 204 million, writes the newspaper Rezonansi. Of this, USD 166 million is for long-term banking sector liabilities.
