The Russian team of experts, unsurprisingly, has failed to implicate their country in the Tsitelubani missile affair. Tbilisi is rightfully blowing past the team's 'findings.' The administration must now keep on the diplomatic offensive, internationalizing both the investigation and the response to Russian-made missiles plowing up dirt in its countryside.

BTC capacity upped in anticipation of more Kazakhstani oil
The Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline now has a capacity of one million barrels a day, or about 50 million tons a year. More capacity increases are planned, according to recent BP Azerbaijan statements.

Wine tasting and market raiding as state tries to polish wine industry's image
The Ministry of Agriculture publicized a tasting of Georgian wines August 16, conducted by a 36-member committee newly-formed for that purpose. The commission, composed of certified wine tasters, will grant holographic seals of approval to Georgian wines they feel are up to snuff.
