Tender Announcement

JSC “United Telecom of Georgia” (located on 95 Tsinamdzgvrishvilis str. Tbilisi, Georgia, Tel/Fax: +99532942225) announces international tender for purchase of radio relay equipment and invites all interested juridical persons and natural persons to take part in tender.

1.  Interested persons can pay tender amount of 100 (one hundred) lari on following Essential Elements:
    Beneficiary’s Bank: JSC “BTA Silkroad Bank”, Tbilisi, Georgia
    Bank Code: 220101827
    Beneficiary: JSC “United Telecom of Georgia”
    Beneficiary’s Account: 116881001 GEL

and must present the paid receipt, on base of which they will get technical specifications and tender documents
2.  All necessary documents will be given out by Procurement Department JSC “United Telecom of Georgia” till 31st  July 2007 from a.m. 10:00 to p.m. 6:00.
3.  Delivery time: to be negotiated
4. Preferable term of delivery: DDP Tbilisi

5. The pretenders must present the qualification data and tender suggestion in closed envelopes on 10 of August 2007, from a.m. 10.00 to p.m. 6.00, on address: Procurement Department JSC “United Telecom of Georgia” (located on 95 Tsinamdzgvrishvilis str. Tbilisi, Georgia, Tel/Fax: +99532942225)
 
6. Qualification data must be concluded the following information:
          For juridical persons:
              1. The extract from enterprise register;
              2. The reference from Tax Inspection, that it is not running its reorganization or liquidation;
              3. The reference from Court, that it is not running the case of its bankrupt or readjustment;
              4.  The bank guarantee for providing tender suggestion, the amount of 1% of tender suggestion, the acting term of which must exceed the acting term of tender suggestion. 
         For natural persons:
              1.  The reference from Court, that it is not running the case of bankrupt of him/her
              2.  The copy of Identity Card
              3.  The register document of Individual enterpriser
              4.  The bank guarantee for providing tender suggestion, the amount of 1% of tender suggestion, the acting term of which must exceed the acting term of tender suggestion. 

         All pretenders must present:
              1.  The signed (verified by the seal of juridical or natural persons) tender suggestion (The example is presented in tender documentation), in which there must be mentioned the price of lot, activity term of tender suggestion and the conditions of desired payment for pretenders.
              2. The price of tender suggestion preferred to be presented in national currency including V.A.T. and till the warehouse of buyer (Ertso str, Tbilisi, Georgia)
              3. The qualification data of the representatives of foreign countries will be presented according to the legal rule established by the law of foreign countries
              4. In case of winner there will be used the ensuring of contract bank guarantee of 5% value.

The pretenders could not pass selection, if their presented qualification data and tender suggestion will not agree with the requirements of tender documentation and tender announcement.
