Railroad project, ‘a geopolitical revolution,’ gets underway

The presidents of Georgia, Turkey and Azerbaijan inaugurated the start of construction on the Georgian section of the Baku–Akhalkalaki–Kars railway on November 21, the same day Georgia and Turkey signed a free trade agreement. (more)
