ISET holds graduation ceremony for Masters students

On Sunday 12 July the ISET graduation ceremony, in which twenty-two students received Master of Arts degrees in Economics, was held.

Lasha Zhvania, Minister of Economic Development of Georgia, congratulated the ISET students on their graduation and offered summer internship opportunities to ISET students. Salome Baslandze was awarded the title Valedictorian of the Class of 2009 and she and Salutatorian Salome Tvalodze were awarded special certificates.

“These Masters of Economic Science, I am convinced, are the future leaders in academia, business and Government in the South Caucasus. They are the ones who will take this region forward, not only in the sense of economic prosperity but also in terms of cross-border collaboration, understanding and regional security”, noted Eric Livny, Executive Director of ISET.
