French Ambassador commemorates 7 November 2007

French Ambassador to Georgia HE Eric Fournier held a reception for representatives of the Georgian media and public figures at which they could meet a delegation of the International Network of French Media, journalists Melanie Dalsace and David Cantiniaux, who have lectured for two weeks at GIPA. In his welcoming speech Ambassador Fournier stated that he had convened this reception to commemorate the events of November 7, 2007, when Georgian police raided the independent TV station Imedi.
