CONTRACT NOTICE

REQUEST FOR TENDERS FOR THE AWARD OF A WORKS CONTRACT FOR REHABILITATION AT SCHENGEN STANDARDS OF THE CONSULAR SECTION WITHIN THE EMBASSY OF ROMANIA IN GEORGIA

Please note that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs represented locally by the Romanian Embassy in Georgia, calls for tenders for the award of a public works contract RO FSCH 12.I.19 "Rehabilitation works at Schengen standards of the consular section within the Embassy of Romania in Georgia", with an estimated value of 136.928,88 euros, excluding VAT.

Economic operators wishing to participate in the public procurement and to take in possession the tender documentation are obliged not later than 3 working days after the date of publication of the notice for request for proposals locally, to submit to the foreign mission headquarters an expression of interest, in the form posted at the web address http://www.mae.ro/pdf/schengen/Scrisoare_de_intentie_ro_en.pdf, in which expressed their intention to participate at the award procedure and the consent for conducting necessary checks for obtaining the approval of the Romanian entitled authorities.

Only the economic operators who obtain the approval of the Romanian entitled authorities can take in possession the documentation for the award of the public procurement contract.

Operators who do not obtain the approval of the Romanian entitled authorities cannot take in possession the tender documentation and will be excluded from the procurement procedure.

The foreign mission will transmit an invitation to the economic operators who received the approval of the Romanian entitled authorities, in which they are invited to raise the tender documentation.

The tender documentation is obtained from the headquarters of the external mission, free of charge, based on power of attorney and identity card.

Date and time limit for the submission of tenders, respectively for the opening of tenders at the diplomatic mission headquarters, will be communicated later in the invitation sent to the economic operators who received the approval of the Romanian entitled authorities.
