Kiev rapidly integrating with Russia

Belarus political analyst Vadim Elpimov thinks that Kiev is integrating with Russia at a very fast pace and this is being met with much pleasure by Moscow. Russia is generously giving all kinds of benefits to Ukraine now it is run by pro-Russian President Yanukovich, who in return is also generously giving benefits to The Kremlin.
Ukraine has received the right to take part in the exploitation of Russia's gas fields. In return it has allowed Russian state company Gazprom to enter Ukraine’s gas distribution system. The two countries are also negotiating about joint nuclear power projects.
PM Putin of Russia has offered Ukraine the chance to get actively involved in merging Russia’s Gazprom and Ukrain’s Neftogas. Further new fields of cooperation are opening up between the two countries.
