Oil price issues

For the last 2 weeks the price of oil in the world market has been decreasing. Here in Georgia however things do not change that fast and the price remains the same. As usual many oil companies say that they imported this oil some time ago at high prices so unless they sell this there is no chance of reducing their prices. Unfortunately for consumers the process of getting rid of expensive fuel lasts for quite a long period and by the time Georgian oil companies are ready to import new oil stocks for their reservoirs the price will have risen once again.
