The 2011Budget, which is being adopted right now, envisages an increase of budgetary revenues of more than 16%, roughly GEL 748 mln. Unfortunately, some analysts think that this figure does not indicate economic growth as it is mostly attributable to foreign investments into the country. So these dramatic increases of budgetary revenues will not be the result of increased entrepreneur activities. These complicated economic developments can create a more difficult economic situation for entrepreneurs and could also trigger a rise in inflation.
