Confrontation in Karabakh in 2010

Karabakh's so called defense minister, General Movses Akopian has mentioned that the violations of the ceasefire from the Azeri side in 2010 increased. These were not targeted assaults but mostly sporadic shootings. He also mentioned that activities of subversive groupings were also alarming. According to the general 41 Azeri soldiers were killed and 23 wounded, whereas the Karabakh armed forces lost 7 with 8 wounded.
