Turkish Armenian relations and Karabakh problem

Turkish officials stated recently that Turkey is becoming a regional center in the region and the country has managed to establish 4-3 and bilateral relations between the neighboring countries. Turkey is playing a leading role in many similar fields. There are Turkey, Azerbaijan and Iran relations, Turkey Libyan, Syrian and Jordan relations, Turkey-Afghanistan-Pakistan and so on. The minister highlighted that the Turkish future depends on Europe; specifically, European and Turkish integration. The minister connected Turkish-Armenian relations to the Karabakh issue. The relations with Armenia should be sustainable but they should be moving towards normalization of the situation with the so the called frozen conflicts, in particular Karabakh. Touching on the issue of the human catastrophe that affected Armenians in Turkey, it was mentioned that Turkey will be against using this issue for blackmailing Armenia.
