English Language Teachers Continue to Arrive in Georgia in 2011

The Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Dimitri Shashkini met foreign teachers at the Tbilisi International Airport who arrived to Georgia in the framework of the educational program “Teach and Learn with Georgia”. 65 foreign teachers arrived in Georgia from USA, Canada, England, Australia, Ireland and Poland.

After passing the trainings, the teachers will be distributed to the schools of west Georgia and will get involved in the education process together with local teachers from the second semester of the academic year. In the frames of the program, foreign teachers have already entered every school in west Georgia.

In the scope of the program “Teach and Learn with Georgia”, foreign teachers will continue to arrive in Georgia in 2011 and will be distributed to schools in the east region too.
