Bulgaria will borrow for NABUCCO

Bulgaria is going to borrow Euro 1.2 billion from the European Investment Bank to implement the NABUCCO project, stated the Prime Minister Boiko Borisov. Romania highlighted the necessity of the EU to give extra support to NABUCCO project as well as the development of Black Sea ports.
