Golden Brands Award 2010

On March 14 Global Idea, with support from the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the American Chamber of Commerce in Georgia held the 6th annual Golden Brand awards ceremony at the Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel revealing the best brands of 2010.

Bank Republic was honoured with the Socially Responsible Brand award; Georgian Airways/Airzena received an award for the Favourite Airline Brand; TAV Georgia received the award for favourite brand for Public Transportation and service; Silknet received three awards – Favourite Telecommunications Solution, Favourite Hope-giving Brand and Favourite Digital TV Brand; Favourite Supermarket Brand award went to Goodwill; Geocell received the Platinum Brand and Favourite Mobile Communication Brand awards, and Nabeghlavi received Favourite mineral water Brand.

Tbilisi was named as the most Business friendly city; Mestia received an award for making the city a 4 seasons tourist destination and Batumi was named as best at hosting international events.

Event supporters were Fortuna, Fortuna Plus and Tamuna Ingorokva Fashion House and the General Sponsor of Golden Brand 2010 was Georgian Water and Power.
