Turkmenistan is ready to diversify its import of gas

Turkmen Ambassador to Azerbaijan Toyli Komekov stated in his interview to the Azeri news agency Trend that his country is ready to cooperate with any project concerning Turkmen gas. Concerning the issue of the length of the gas pipeline in the Caspian Sea, the ambassador expressed the position of his country in this regard highlighting that the interest of all parties in the region should be considered. He also touched upon the export of Turkmen gas into China and other eastern countries. It was also highlighted that Turkmenistan is committed to transport its gas to its regular partners and also to explore new possibilities.
