Azerbaijan and Turkey to have a deal on Azeri natural gas transit to Europe

Negotiations between Azerbaijan and Turkey concerning the transit of Azeri natural gas into Europe are successfully underway. The main issue is the sale of ten bln cubic meters of natural gas to Europe through Azerbaijan annually starting from 2017. A general agreement has been achieved and the discussion on the details is underway which concerns transit costs, the volume of gas, routes and other matters which will need to be resolved.
