How video camera settings in the squares are assessed?

Rezonansi writes that after setting video cameras in the streets and various institutions now about 100 cameras will be montage in the squares of Tbilisi which will work during 24 hours.

Historian Tedo Dundua thinks that his rights are not limited if the cameras will be set in public spaces. I have seen things like that in different countries, so what? I do not think that my rights are somehow limited because of that. I do not see anything special about it. He said.

Tamar Kordzaia a lawyer says that this is very normal fact if the cameras are set in public places. I understand that the squares are the places where the people relax and rest but setting video cameras there is not the violation of human rights. The violation will not happen if here will be notification of camera sign as they are in the streets, she said.
