In a competitive job market, unemployed persons need, in addition to a formal academic education, to possess professional skills such as the ability to present and minimum proficiency levels in technology usage and English language.

The trainings will help the participants to plan their future career and improve their professional skills. The trainings will be also useful for those individuals who desire to launch an independent business. These courses will provide them with the opportunity to learn how to develop business plans; furthermore, the program will cover such topics as management principles, fundraising, business administration, and other relevant subject matters.

Due to the absence of proper infrastructure and learning centers, the majority of the region’s population was not able to develop the above mentioned skills. Therefore, there is currently a lack of qualified staff in the labor market.

The new project will boost the economy in the regions, create a competitive labor market environment, and support the development of local government and business sector.
