Government looking to hire infrastructure systems protection firm

On Monday, the Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure Ramaz Nikolaishvili met with the Director Generals of two of the world's leading technology and security corporations, NICE Systems and Desintec. Both companies install security mechanisms on infrastructure facilities around the world.

At the meeting, the Minister discussed infrastructure projects for which the services of these companies may be solicited.

NICE Systems provides protection for both New York airports, the Eiffel Tower, and the Chicago police force. The company operates in 150 countries and serve 25 000 organizations. Desintec operates in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, among other states.
