New water service centre opens in Khashuri

Tuesday, June 12
Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure, Ramaz Nikolaishvili, together with Director of the United Water Supply Company Irakli Kvashilava opened a new water service centre in Khashuri yesterday.

The water supply schedule has significantly improved in Khashuri - the town is now supplied with water daily. The centre will serve residents of Khashuri and Surami, allowing subscribers to pay bills and obtain information about their water supply. The system is being run electronically, ensuring accurate billing. Twenty local residents are employed by the new centre.

Similar service centres have been constructed in Borjomi, Samtredia, and Senaki. The United Water Supply Company intends to build 17 more such outlets.
