Billions of US dollars taken out of Armenia

According to the former adviser of Armenia’s second president Robert Kocharyan, Garnik Isagulyan claims that he possesses information which reveals that from 1990 to the present; more than $17 billion has been transferred from Armenia abroad. He claims that information exists pertaining to high-ranking officials and businessmen in Armenia; about their financial incomes living standards, interests, relations, occupation and so on, including some compromised information as well.
