The IMF Yerevan office is satisfied with the country’s performance and therefore it increased the figures of the growth of Armenian GDP for 2012. Earlier it was 3.8%, but it has increased up to 6.2%. This change was determined by the recent good harvest for agricultural products, and the dynamic development of industry. Combined with inflation and other factors, Armenia predicts that by 2013, Armenia’s economy growth will reach 4.3%. By 2013, Armenia is to receive from the IMF, more than $400 million.
