Georgia’s current foreign loans have reached USD $13 Billion. Georgia’s new Finance Minister, Nodar Khaduri, stated recently that the country has stopped the practice of accumulating foreign loans which forces the next generation to foot the bill of Georgia’s former leadership. All together, the Georgian government intends to cover a large portion of the loans by 2021.
