Friday, October 25Zaza Dugladze, head of the Dugladze Wine Company, says that this year, Alexandrouli and Mujuretuli grapes, from which Khvanchkara wine is made, cost 8-10 lari per kilogram. A bottle of Khvanchkara costs $15, and this price does not include the cost of transportation, customs duties and other expenses, he notes.
