State budget 2014

According to preliminary data, the state budget of the first half of 2014 was not completely fulfilled, it was under by 3%. Unfortunately, some grants and foreign liabilities failed to enter the budget. Georgian officials vow that the budget will be fulfilled for the second half of 2014.
