According to Tinatin Khidasheli, such meetings provide a very good opportunity for testing the strength of arguments and getting qualified advice.
“We were among friends at the Atlantic Council and Heritage Foundation and this is very important. During the meetings we discussed Georgia’s participation in peace support operations against terrorism and about Russia as well. The focal point of the discussion was to provide us with stronger arguments, plans and strategy for Georgia how to act against the threats coming from Russia. We asked them to facilitate our messages, requests and necessary arguments for more secure Georgia with the decision-makers in the United States,” Georgian Defence Minister said.
