Azerbaijan to Create New Industrial Zone

(BAKU) Azeri President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree Monday to establish a new industrial zone, according to local media reports.

According to the decree, the Sabirabad Industrial Zone will support the activity of small and medium enterprises, ensure sustainable development for the non-oil sector, and increase employment in the production sector.

The Azerbaijan Investment Company was tapped to regulate the activity of the new zone. (News.Az)
