Mamuka Khazaradze, founder of TBC Bank, along with the public movement, plans to establish a political party, he talked about it with reporters.

Khazaradze said he would announce the date, time and location of the establishment of the public movement in two days. As for the political party, as Khazaradze noted, he will talk about it later.

Also, yesterday, Khazaradze announced that the Speaker of the movement will be Ana Natsvlishvili, former parliamentary secretary of the President of Georgia. According to Khazaradze, other members of his movement will be announced soon.

Natsvlishvili was appointed Parliamentary Secretary of President Giorgi Margvelashvili on January 9, 2018. Prior to that, she was a member of the State Constitutional Commission. In 2016-17 she was a member of the selection committee for the Judicial Candidates to be presented at the European Court of Human Rights.

“Ana is a true team-mate with all her extensive professional experience, firm character, high level of objectivity and freedom. She will always be ready to announce the news, initiatives, plans, results of the movement. Ana will be in our constant communication with the media and the public,” noted Khazaradze.

Natsvlishvili herself notes that there is a professional and personal responsibility, and she has taken the necessary step at the right time. "I am taking this step and joining Mamuka Khazaradze's new public movement," said Natsvlishvili.

“Staying in the audience as we look at how we lose the state and the prospect of a better future cannot be my choice. Today, it is a big mistake to think about the differences between us, instead we should be looking at the fundamental issues that each of us are concerned about and those that we cannot solve separately,” stressed Natsvlishvili.

Khazaradze also talked about the letter that he claims he received from Giorgi Gakharia, former Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia and current Prime Minister of the country. Answering the questions of journalists whether the examination confirmed the authenticity of Gakharia's signature on the letter, Khazaradze responded that his lawyer would talk about it.

Khazaradze expressed that he hopes that the prosecutor's office will launch an investigation on this case. He says the letter points to the “ugly form of governance” in Georgia.

“You might already know that my lawyer brought the results of the examination of the letter. The results of the first examination are very serious, which will be made public my lawyers. Also, other steps of the examination are currently in process, so I hope that the prosecutor’s office will start an investigation on this case soon. They had enough reasons to start the investigation in February, but they didn’t. They thought that the letter was made by someone just for fun. But, in reality, it is a very serious letter, which indicates how ugly and criminal the representatives of authorities are,” noted Khazaradze.

As Khazaradze said before, the letter contained threats from Gakharia and was received before the second round of presidential elections at the end of 2018. As the letter reads, TV Pirveli should have followed the policy of Imedi TV and work in an “emergency regime to avoid the return of the United National Movement” in the majority.

After the letter was made public by the prosecutor’s office, several members of the ruling party noted that the letter was “meaningless,” and did not include any signs that it was written by Gakharia.

Khazaradze also talked about the new government and noted that “this is an attempt of strengthening power for the elections, but it will not work out.”

On September 8, Georgian Parliament voted in favor of Gakharia’s government, as a result of which Giorgi Gakharia became the Prime Minister of Georgia. The protests, which started by demanding the resignation of the minister are still ongoing.

On July 8 Khazaradze announced that he would be establishing a new public movement from the fall of 2019, the main aim of the movement is to bring together people who want the country to develop in the right direction.
